I am a Christian, husband, father of five, and a lifelong student of sales, leadership, and communication. My greatest passion is helping others RISE—helping them see more, be more, and achieve more.

I know what it’s like to struggle with confidence. As a kid, I never quite knew where I fit in or where I would be valued. Then things changed—not by accident, but by intention.

Things improved because I improved.

By my twenties, I was leaning in, taking risks, and making genuine progress. Because I had confidence, I could lead, plan, execute, sell, and win.

I had come a long way since delivering newspapers at 11 years old, selling subscriptions over the phone at 15, and selling craft beverages at 17. By age 20, I had opened my first business. Over the years, I would launch businesses, close businesses, and work with some of the best organizations—leading teams and selling furniture, boats, cars, construction, finance, insurance, real estate, and more.

Everything I’ve accomplished— every big breakthrough, every quality relationship, every substantial success—started with confidence.

But confidence isn’t about never failing. I’ve had my share of failures, too. The difference? Real confidence isn’t dependent on wins. It isn’t tied to external validation, past results, or circumstances. I have learned how to live confidently, no matter. And that made all the difference.

My Journey to Coaching & Speaking

In 2009, at age 29, I started speaking, coaching, and consulting—first in finance, insurance, and automotive, then expanding into wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, civil engineering, IT, and architecture.

For nearly two decades, I’ve helped businesses and individuals show up, serve, and succeed—simply by mastering their confidence. Because here’s the truth:
